I thought i was going mad until i found out about this, happened the other night to me.
Woke up around 2am and couldnt move at all, could also hear a noise that sounded like furniture being moved but it wasn't. For some bizarre reason i shouted "GET OUT MY ROOM" to this minute i don't know why i did it. Then it all went away
anybody else had this?, reading up a bit i found out that only 0.05% of adult males get this
