Getting lots of stress at work

I'm working longs hours at the mo, in a really fecking stressful call centre environment.
I usually leave the flat at 7.30am, and am not back till about 6.30pm, so I'm usually totally fucked by the time I'm home.
Anyone got any ideas on how to chill out when I get home, and lessen the stress I'm getting, because it's beginning to affect my relationships and stuff, and I don't want to start being really irritable and moody.
Cheers.

Generally, you need to make sure you are geeting enough sleep and sticking to a good diet to make sure your health is at it's best. Beyond that, you need to tackle the problem more directly by discussing your work problems with your manager to try and reduce your stress levels.
Have a nice bath or shower, put some cool tunes on and relax!
Watch a film, play a game, read a book.
Eat nice food and get some nice company around. Perhaps plan a few good nights out for the end of the week?
