I just graduated from uni in July this year and I'm now living at home in a small village in Scotland. Where uni (Lancaster btw) was a busy place with all sorts going on and people I knew and got on with, being back home is exactly opposite.
Since leaving school 4 years ago, any people I regarded as friends have gone their separate ways and there aren't many people (if any) my age in my local area.
Who else is or was in a similar situation and what are/did you doing to make it better? It's a bit weird not being a student after 4 years and the Real World and The Rest of Your Life seem a bit scary. Oh and I still have friends and my girlfriend at the same uni so I feel a bit like a nomad at the moment.
Cheers
