Where's the best place to go to get a small mole removed (about 3-4mm diameter) apart from the doctor...?

How about mole removal from the corner of your nose where it joins your face??

Possible without being left with a hole in the nose.

If you go to the doctors, does there have to be a reason why you want it removed?
Can you just say 'I don't like it...'?

    yup :)

or you can be crafty and say it's been itching and you're a bit worried, and you'd feel better if they took it off for you. then you might get an appointment sooner.

i had one off about a year ago. hurt for a second when they injected the anaesthetic and then didn't hurt again, ever.

if your doctor doesn't do them, they will refer you to a clinic that specialises in them.

I had one removed a couple of years ago. It was bothering me a bit and looked like it could be a bit of a dodgy one so they got rid of it.
It didn't hurt at all, the doctor just gave me an anaesthetic and scraped it off! yuk..

    Good luck with yours!

It depends where it is with some doctors, I had one removed from the top of my head last year, and that was fine, but the one on my shouler the doc wont remove, theres nothing wrong with it, and its likely to have a large scar that'll look worse so no go.

Get another doc to take a look and see what they say.

Well, I went to the doctors a few weeks ago, and they refered me to the hospital.
So I went to the hospital today and told them that it itched. The woman took one look at it with her magnifying device, and told me that it wasn't harmful.
So basically, they didn't remove it.

I was hoping that it would've been a 'bish bash bong' process like BritJames said.

I guess I'm gonna have to pay for it to be removed sometime in the future.
I wouldn't care if it was anywhere else, but its right on my face.

Had to bring this thread back.

Has anyone heard that you can use cold pressed castor oil and baking powder to remove moles?

    Do a search on it...
