If you won...

If any of you lot won say like a million pound or more many of you would quit work and live the life?

Or how many of you would keep a job up?

If it was me I would start a bussiness and keep working.
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

Yeah and if you invested your million properly you can make 300-400 pounds a week. Which you could live on quite easily.

If I won a million quid there's no way I'd work! Why would you?! I'd travel the world, taking my mates with me :D Then once I'd been everywhere I wanted to go I might set up my own business or something....but get other people to do all the hard work obviously! ;)

I'd get a job doing what I felt like doing.

If you only sat at home all day after winning and didn't do any work, you would be so bored. If I really enjoyed my job i'd keep working there, and i'd want to travel as well.

But why on earth would you be sat at home all day if you were a millionaire?!!! You could do whatever you wanted so you'd hardly be sat at home wishing you'd not given up your job :p

Unless you invested that million very wisely and got huge amounts of profit off it, a million dollars wouldn't last for what most of you want to do. If you had a million dollars and no other source of income, it would not last very long. Just because you have a million doesn't mean that your bills and such will be lost, most nice houses are over a million now-a-days even. Forget the mansion with the stables and gardners, with a million bucks you can get a decent house with a decent car and thats about it, and maybe have some spare change left over for a movie or two.

I agree, it wouldn't be luxury all the way with a million pounds, and a million dollars, well thats only about 700 grand....
So i would let the interest build up on it for awhile...

I'd get a nice house {not like a big mansion or anything}, a Porsche 911 turbo, a rallye spec Peugeot 106, i'd start up a form of modified car body-shop because I would have the money to employ specialists in the field because I know nothing about technical bits of cars & finally i'd have my own car racing team :D

Then with the change left over i'll just put it in the bank & live off the interest ;)

Well, I have won 100 US dollars on a 2 dollar US lottery ticket. DOn't know what that would be in pounds, but that has been the most that I have ever won on one lottery ticket.

I would buy myself a posh car, and invent the rest. I'd still stay in school, and get myself a job once old enough to do so. :)

well you would have to do those things on your own because only you could afford it. or you would have to financially support someone else to do them with you which no doubt would lead to arguments etc.
or you would have to make new rich friends but a friendship based on money is hardly gona be a very sound one.

I'd give quite a big share to my parents and family,
Get something for all my mates, have a big fuck off party with free booze and all then take year career break and go travelling.

I would then prob buy some property and rent it out od do it up and sell it out of the rest, then return to maybe a 3/4 day week.
Buy more property in future years and work on from there!
