I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this...

Last night I overheard (by mistake) my father talking on the phone and he said something like "Yes, I know, I did the same thing with my daughter".

I'm 90% sure I heard the last two words correctly, but the thing is... I don't have a sister! (That I know of, at least).

I'm completely confused: Should I believe it was my idea or I did not hear well, or should I do something about it (and what??)

I don't know, I'm just as unsure as I could...

    It was more than a bit harsh.

    The guy was trying to get some advice because he thinks he may have a sister he's never met or even heard mentioned and all you can do is talk a load of shit (just for a change).

    Well I dont think u r wrong to be worrying bout this. Im not saying u should worry, just that Id worry too if I heard that. The only way to get round this is to speak to him, hopefully its just a misunderstanding but u will never know unless u ask him.

    Regardless of weather you're right or wrong, Zalbor posted a problem and all you could do was post something that bore no relationship to the problem.

    it had every "relationship" to the problem - it was saying in direct terms that there is no problem and that it could mean a billion things, only one of which is actually worthwhile bothering about

    incidentally, i was 14 when i found out i had a half brother and sister

    I didnt think he was female...am I the only one lmfao!?
    And why would there b no chance of him having a sister at this age and never knowing...people often find things out like that. My cousins found out a few years ago they had a sister who had been adopted...they were all over 20 when they found out!!
    Not rying to worry u but it is possible to have a sister and not know about it, am confused about why u think its not possible MD??
