What is the first thing you did/are going to do/suggest you should do when you arrive at uni??

    Hmmm, when I first arrived I was with my parents. we got the key to my room and put all my boxes in. Then they took me to Asda to stock up on food. Then they brought me back and left me :nervous:

    I went back to my room and thought, hmmmm, what can I do now? So I moved some of my kitchen stuff into the kitchen......... and met my next door neighbour there - and hey presto, a friend! She didn't end up becoming my closest friend at uni, but we still keep in touch, and we're going to be back in the same halls next year :)

    my plan is to move my stuff in with dads help, then go out somehwere for lunch, then buy some food! then go back cry when i get keft, and start making myself at home

    bittersweet, am I right in remembering that you're going to Bristol? What hall are you in?
