Oh dear Lord. Im looking after my cousins kids and they are both under 30 months. Any tips on how to entertain them for 5 days *cringes* ( for free);)

Only been a couple hours and I am knackered. My mum and dad are just talking to their granny, while I do all the work :mad:

    Get a couple of videos like the Lion King, that should keep them amused for a few hours

    Fuck. I have loads of kids videos. But we just got rid of our VCR and we have no kids DVDs. I'd go down to the rental shop but he wont let go of my leg.

    I AM NEVER HAVING CHILDREN.

    Or I might adopt a 10 year old.

    Sing nursery rhymes and do the actions, they love singing and dancing.
    Take them to the park.
    Feed the ducks if theres any near you.
    Watch Barney or fun song factory videos.
    Paint pictures with them.

    eerrrrr cant think of nothing else :D

    Give them stuff to play with. Soft things obviously. Or things like remote controls. Nothing they can swallow. They will make their own entertainment but make sure anything dangerous in the room is well out of reach.

    Plonk them in front of hte tv if things get too much.

    put sleeping tablets in some coca cola and give it to them (fast acting remember for added comfort!)

    ok then becky how bout ermmmm orange juice? And dont forget to put a few tablets in, about double the recommended dose? Don't mix it up with Pro Plus though that might not be good!
