Work Wear

What do you wear for work?
Where do you work?
If it's a uniform, is there anything you get a choice about?
Are there any rules or restrictions (stupid or otherwise!) about what you can and can't wear?

I work in an (insurance brokers) office where we rarely have clients coming in, but we still have to be relatively smart - tho as long as it's not denim and doesn't reveal too much, we can wear what we like :)

How about everyone else?

My uniform last summer was the best.

Blue shorts with yellow stripes down the side and a bright yellow t-shirt with blue sleeves, with a mini embroidered KoolCat on the front and a massive printed KoolCat on the back and a slogan saying "Club KC - it's kool for cats" :)

Have never worn blue and yellow together since!

ah, pic on the right shows my uniform!

I usually wear low cut shirts/tops either black or white, and black flared trousers, and black loafer type thingies.

I hate wearing boring shirts. :|

Then you spice it up with some wild eyeshadow..well, I do. :\

I work in an office, we just have to wear a shirt & trousers. Some guys wear ties and jackets, but it's not compulsory. Not in summer anyway.

I'm working at a financial company for a bit and the blokes have to wear suits, the girls 'general smart office wear.'
I try to comply with it but I just can't stand the whole boring black trousers and shirt/plain top combo..so I try and avoid that.
    But..we do have 'dress-down fridays'..exciting stuff.

I am supposed to wear a white smock type thing that medical receptionists wear..... a bit like a nurses uniform. With blue trousers and any kind of shoes (not trainers). However, my boss hasn't ordered mine yet so I wear navy blue trousers and a shirt or a smart top.
