    @DonnerKebab I hope you're ok with me and having a good day bro?

    @Redemption of course I am bro, why wouldn't I be? You might overthink everything else, but one thing you don't have to worry about is overthinking your friendships on here. I'm here for you as a friend no matter what mate, and that isn't changing at all ever.

    Anyway, yeah, the usual kind of day. Took my brother out for a few walks, trying to find ways to cool off in this heat. What about you bro?

    @DonnerKebab yh sorry bro, I think it's just a few messages were missed from earlier but I understand you're busy and all that, I have been today too. I appreciate you're here for me, thanks so much. The people from football have put a picture with me in it without my permission on socials so I'm gonna have to get them delete it or I will go there and kick off. Good you took him out for a walk, can be good for all of us, I once got kicked out of college and went for a walk with a friend and my cousin, it kinda helped, pain still there but still helped. I hope everything else is alright with you too.

    Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    @River I understand that completely. It's scary going into anything new, but you are a strong person river. You don't want to stay stuck where you are, you want to keep moving forward and keep progressing. What i personally think is scarier, is not taking this leap of faith and not pursuing your dream. I know it doesn't sound comforting, but you have taken a leap of faith before when you went to your current college for the first time. And there you found good people. You can do this again river, and it might be even better.

    @River i get it. Pushing yourself to much can just make things worse. Do you want to talk a bit more about what your finding scary about going?

    @DonnerKebab it’s in a completely new place, I’m to scared :(

    Nah @DonnerKebab I could maybe sleep with the duvet cover off, I'm not sure haha. Maybe window open. Just so tired got up 7 45 for my course like I'm gonna have to get used to this getting into work though because it's probably around the normal time people get up for their 9 to 5s I do it but push myself and maybe hesitate like the course isn't too bad. Like airport staff have to get up 1, 2, 3 am my friend works in a shop there and he just gets up like nothing so I shouldn't find 7 45 an issue but I do it, go in everyday, quite a few don't, some quit.

    @River when you first went to your current college, for the very first time, did it feel the same the fear of being in a new place, or is this time different for you?

    @DonnerKebab my mum took me last time because it was a last minute college place, it was scary yeah but not as scary as this, a teacher met me outside this college when I first joined

    @Redemption trust me, a damp tea towel on your head will do wonders. 100% get that window open, And that should keep you cool with half duvet, but you may want to get a thinner duvet with something called a lower tog. That will make things 100 times easier.

    And you are right about getting up at that time, but it's hard at first to do it consistently. Once you get into the full routine of things after a short while, it will get a lot easier. It's just starting out that's hard bro.

    @DonnerKebab I'll see what I can do, thanks for the advice.

    Yh I'm sure it will get easier like at home point I was doing it for school like that started for about 8 30 8 45 but had to get up about 7 45 7 30 it would have been way easier as I just got lift there but got up that time for school and stuff , long time ago but yh I still did it and I'm still the same person. Also, they put a poll on WhatsApp who's going football and I just put no for Sunday, I'm not going for good now.

    @River every single day sadly.

    I put it down to the fact that i've had emotional numbness for so long, that i just struggle to process and figure out what emotions i'm feeling half the time, now i'm coming out of it slowly, day by day.

    @Redemption yeah, when your out of that routine for so long, it's like a total reset going back into it after so long, and is a struggle at first. but over time, you'll become accustomed to it, like before with school. It's just a matter of persistence and time.

    And i'm glad about the football. if they weren't being safe, and people were getting injured and nothing was being done, then you did the right thing not going in. By the way, did you manage to get them to remove that photo of you?
