As someone who sometimes struggles with sensory issues, the tightness of the cuff can make me feel anxious. Im slightly a bit more better now with the sensory issues wise where I am becoming more better and more calm. Once time when I used to take medication for adhd, I had to have my blood pressure taken in the hospital during a check up and I got so anxious my blood pressure was high and they had to do an ECG to check I didn't have any heart conditions or issues. But luckily they said it was down to anxiety and possibly me getting nervous which caused a rise in blood pressure.

As a future pharmacist, who cannot swallow tablets and hates blood test, I completely understand where you are coming from @toffuna101 . @Amy22
It does feel uncomfortable, however the main thing is to keep calm and focus on your breathing!
Remember it will be over in less than 30 seconds.
And if you are afraid of needles etc, I always tell myself in my head ‘it could be a blood test instead of this!’
Hope that helped a bit :)
