I was on fb today and I saw a post saying it was 37 degrees in the last town I was at which brought bad stuff. I stupidly replied with ' thts pretty hot 4 a chavy warzone' how do I move on.?

Hi @ellie2000 when a certain place leaves you with bad memories it is easy to be triggered by things surrounding it, it will take time to move on and will get easier You just need to remind yourself that you are no longer in that situation and do whatever makes you happy
