Brief update for you all about our sister service - The Mix Helpline. 
For those who don't know: our Helpline can be contacted by phone, webchat, or email. You can find more information about how that service works on this page.
What's changing?
The new Helpline hours are: Monday - Friday, 4pm - 11pm. Closed on weekends.
Previously, the Helpline was open at the same time but also open Saturdays.
Why is this happening?
There has been an increased demand for our Helpline services, so we've been thinking about how we can make the most of our resources to respond to as many people as possible.
Concentrating our resources on fewer days means we can answer more of those calls, webchats, and emails. It means we can provide a better service during the times we are open.
Where can I go on the weekends?
These forums are open 24/7.
