    Aww. Well i dont know about the group interviews for BHS, for them i just had a single interview but i have attended group ones before.

    Its nothing scary. Its more like just having a chat and things like that. Just dont be afraid to talk to people. It is after all the purpose of these group things :)

    I once had to do an assessment centre for my job with Keycamp last summer. For the first part of the session we were split into 2 groups (about 6 people in each) and we had to work out a week's activity plan as a group, while the interviews sat round the room with clipboards taking notes. It was quite a scary thing, because I'm also not one for speaking up when I know there are lots of people listening. But because I really wanted the job, I just sort of found this confidence from nowhere, and I was coming out with all sorts of suggestions.
