    @Eleanor I had the same issue, she doesn’t bring up island star ratings until you’ve done everything Tom Nook wants, but in the mean time you can fill your island with decorations, fences, bridges and inclines. 

    If your not sure just keep decorating, Tom Nook should bring it up when you can start asking about evaluations :) I think it took about four days for me, I build two bridges and two inclines in those days because it helps give you more stars if you have at least two of each 

    Im pretty sure you need the campsite and at least 6 residents before K.K comes
