Please download the lifesaver app. It gets you to think fast about what youd do in an emergancy. The app is a bit overwhelming as feels a bit real cause it could happen.

You may not have much time on your hands so please download the app and use this time to improve on your knowledge. I am not promoting it. You could watch youtube videos on first aid or whatever. But this app feels more interactive and detailed

i really think every person should be trained in first aid and know what to do. Could save someones life one day. I was trained in first aid a few years ago but im not a first aider anymore because it run out awhile ago. So even if you have once been trained it good to revise it over again
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

Totally agree with this Shaunie, I’ve never actually heard of this app before I’ll have to check it out. Can I also suggest another app. The St John Ambulance app is good to just have on your phone it has lots of information on first aid for different situations should you find yourself in them. It’s a bit of an old app but all the information is there and I think it’s handy to just have on your phone.
The steps you take don’t need to be big, they just need to take you in the right direction.
