It's the second month of 2020! I hope everyone had a good January and spent some time looking after themselves! Here is February self care calender!
1) set 3 goals for the month
2) write down 3 things you love about yourself

4) make a list of things you are greatful for
5) have your favourite drink
6) send a kind message to a friend.
7) go for a walk
8) treat yourself to something you like!
9) have a lie in
10) play a game with friends

12) listen to music that makes you happy
13) watch your favourite movie
14) spend time with family/ friends
15) share 5 of your favourite motivation quote
16) get an early night
17) disconnect from technology for the day
18) find something new to watch
19) take a long shower
20) find an animal to cuddle
21) put on your favourite outfit
22) find a reason to laugh
23) try a new recipe
24) stay at home spa day
25) change your bedding
26) do some colouring!

Goal two: clear out my clothes- I have so much that I don't wear anymore. Need to donate to charity
Goal three: drink more water daily!
Second thing I like about myself: I appreciate the small things. Give me a flower, I'll love it. Say hello to me, and I'll say it back and smile.

I love that can make people smile when they're having a bad day.Β

Did 10 minutes yoga this morning before work, sets me up for the day
Self care is so important for me at the moment
Day 5: gone for a simple one today but one of my favourite drinks is coffee and had a really nice big cup this morning to wake me up for the day.
