I can't

My heart is racing and there's whispers in my ears and it feels like there's things crawling in my veins and i need to get them out i need to pull it all out i can't stop rocking back and forth I feel sick and I thought i just saw a man in the corner but he disappeared I feel like hurting myself to get the crawling out    :scream: agggghh

    There is spider's all on my curtain pole loads all the walls aee getting small I can't cope

    @Shaunie yes thank you, one of the shorter episodes but still very hard to cope with. Just need to try and stay on top of my medication which is hard with no motivation x
