Hey folks! chat was a difficult one tonight because of no SC, so i thought i'd make this after chat to just give you some links, give you some positivity and be here for a chin wag basically :)

i've not put this in positivity corner in case anyone needs a ramble or some basic board support, as per usual all guidelines apply, we can offer some basic support and i can even signpost to services or find some things to help. hope you're well <3

    At the moment I am using the calm app - it’s fab. Sometimes I look at the calming scenes and sounds stuff ... sometimes I listen to the sleep story.... but atm I’m using the breathing thing a lot. It basically tells u when to inhale, hold, exhale to help u feel calmer 
    The sun will rise and we will try again
