Chatwee is still broken

Chatwee is still not working. It hasn't been working since 6:50pm last night. Please work tonight Chatwee. We want chat. @The Mix is there any way to try and fix it or get in touch with Chatwee?

    Hey @Kasa2103,

    Thanks for letting us know about this this morning. Looks like it was a long outage!

    Everything is working okay for now (touch wood), so looks like we're set to go for tonight. :) We've been doing everything we can, including talking to their support team, to make sure things get sorted as quickly as possible.
