Speed not a good idea

Ok so I have posted on here already but I am currently on a nasty high from speed. It's my first time and I feel crap. My heart is jumping out of my chest. I feel sick. My ears are ringing. Does anyone have any tips to help me come down

    Thanks hun. I have put a comedy on tv and forced myself to eat fruit. Feeling a little better just feel a bit stupid as I have become this desperate to loose Wight I would do something so silly. A am a grown woman for goodness sake I have a family. Why am I so stupid

    Its not stupid. 
    I have anorexia so ive felt that way before - in terms of feeling desperate to lose weight and doesnt make you stupid. 

    How are you feeling today. ?( did the police help you?(saw your other post)
