When a part of you dies

How can you feel lifeless but still breathing?
How can you feel invisible but still present?
How can your heart beat but you feel nothing?
How can time stand still but everything rushes around you?
How can you be in a room full of people but feel alone?
How can you love with so much hurt?
How can you sleep without peace?
How can you feel hate without anger?
How do you know when your defeated?
Why am I still here...?

You are still here because you are an amazing mother , friend , family member and an amazing member of the Mix ❤️

    Sending you hugs 💜
Sometimes all you need is one person to believe in you , for you to begin to believe in yourself.

    Hey @NatalieMT

It sounds like the underlying theme of your post is that you are lacking any sort of feeling or emotion at the moment, and that in turn is not allowing you to feel present in your life. When would you say you last felt strong emotions or a feeling of being present?

There is good reason for you being here though, and I hope the Mix, and people like @Millie2787
, is helping you to find your feet again <3

I felt present for the first time in months last night, I can’t remember the last time I felt present fully before this, why I say months.
Emotions are always there, it’s just whether they surface or stay void.
    Thanks
    Natalie
