Hey guys so chat is not on tonight and so I've decided to post my goodnight thread early and say goodnight later further down.
First off here's a hug
My laptop is up and running and the discussion tab is open while I do my work so if anyone needs to ramble or wants to have a silly chat I'm here to listen and join in π

My good night tips will come in my night time reply (at 22:00 GMT) but for now here's a positive quote of the day:
I will be active until my 1 am planned bedtime do I will see any rants or discussions.
Before though I thought we could mention 1 or more things that we're proud of today (it can be as simple as showering or getting out beds those are still achievements too! Β π)
Mine are: going for a run, Β not needing my inhaler until now, and being rather calm today π

Remember your bed is for sleep and rest, don't dwell on today's problems ghere's no need for them now leave them in the past along with everything else that isn't worth bringing up. Now is you time π
As William Blake said "Think in the morning. Act in the noon. Eat in the evening. Sleep in the night." π
So grab yourself a nice soothing drink, Β a good book, Β playlist or video. Relax them shoulders, stop tensing up your neck and arms, Β let all thoughts leave your head and most importantly

If you're up tonight and don't intend on sleeping then use this time to just do something for yourself, Β a nice bath, Β play a good game, Β so whatever you want but do it for you.

Visualisation is also beneficial, picture a place or something that makes you calm it can be make believe. focus on it and relax at the same time.
some music is also helpful and so is scenting your room with what relaxes you like lavender or sandelwood ect
do your body the good it deserves and relax.
you don't have to be asleep just lie down and do something to relax you or to cheer you up give yourself a break
As per usual grab yourself a nice soothing drink, get some nice music going or a good show to bore ease yourself into sleep.
practice some breathing exercises if you're anxious or happy calm thoughts.

Moving everything around dusting and pulling my bed out.Β
I didn't find any which should be good news but that unnerves me? Β
What is it about them that you dislike or fear? Β
I ask because I have a few things so I take steps to make myself feel more comfortable.
I wear ear plugs during spider season and tuck my trousers in my socks and wear long sleeves shirts.Β
That along with some prebed spring cleaning and a hearty helping of distractions works For me X
They just have too many legs and feel disgusting, then fear they randomly are going to go onto me with their disgusting legsππ the worst. And moths are horrible too. Im Just like do i leave my window open to show them the door or is that just invitin some more in ahha
