How can we help you and what sort of help are you looking for from being here? Just unsure on how/if this is helpful to you?

We are here to listen though
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

Why would it be unhelpful? Is being here unhelpful to you?

    Being here is helpful.

We just feel that if you gave us a little more information we might be able to help you more, how can we help or would you like us to just listen? :)

Aw great you find it helpful, and shows you do want help and to get better. So that’s why I was kinda asking as some peoples aim and goal is to die & they want help to die :(. but you’re seeking supportive help.
& because you was talking about not giving self harm stuff to the staff I thought you might not want any help at all, cause suicidal.
So like the staff members can also help you if you give them things that could hurt you. Do you think you could give them things that could hurt you?

how are you feeling today? Venting about just how feel can help :) as eyepatch said we can listen which is could help

    Hi anyamay,
realise what was talking about has been deleted, as was clear as self harm method as wouldnt exactly be able to do that by accident, even tho wasn’t clear as SH method. I know just on this one thread you have been told by a Mod about the rules and have ignored it. And in the nicest way possible —But please respect the users aswell as the site rules and the site, I haven’t signed up to read about self harm methods so it can be very triggering as I’m not expecting to see it. And you have signed up to the rules. I sound contradictive as ive gone against the rules a few times but have realised this.
Not trying to make you feel bad, just trying to help you get most out of site

It also may not be helpful for you, if we could just talk about how you feel instead, not physical stuff - may find more use?:)
