Enough is enough
You've gone through a lot. Too fucking overqualified is a bitter pill to swallow, but there are practiced answers for getting around that. Perhaps though, you'll think of aiming a bit higher.

You are coping remarkably well, and just because your weren't in the Rwandan genocide or a victim of the nazi holocaust doesn't mean you haven't taken an extremely heavy blow.

Take a deep breath, let yourself have a little meltdown, and see if you can't pick yourself up again in a day or two.

Dealing with Post of the month rejection
I imagine that they've finally found conclusive proof that you and Stargalaxy were the same person.

Also, as seem to have been snubbed, I will not partake in this sham of a competition. Good day!

This is a really long post, so not going to post it here, but if you're interested -

I nominated whowhere

Phone harrassment
You called?

Your brother has 2 options. He can either;
Change his number (not really the best I know).

Contact the police. Police will attend, take a look at the messages etc and then what they do is up to you. They can go and give the guy a bollocking, they can go and arrest the guy and charge him, or they can give him a penalty fine for £80.

It is an offence under the misuse of communications act to send a message via the public communications network that causes harassment, alarm, annoyance, distress. I ticketed a lad the other day for sending abusive emails, I personally think for stuff like this it's a nice, painless way (for the police and victim) to sort something out.

Relapse
Hey Trustme,

It sounds as though you have a lot going on for you right now, so you've taken a very brave step by reaching out to people on here, well done Recovery has a few relapses through the process, we just have to try our best to get through it and get back on to are feet. Most of all, you need to believe in yourself.

When you feel like self harming, have you looked at thesite.org's article on Coping Tips and Distractions, there a list of useful alternatives you can do rather than self harm, would you give it a look? http://thesite.org/healthandwellbein...nddistractions I also understand that distractions don't work for everyone, what have you done in the passed to stop the self harming urges?

Can I ask, why don't you want to go back in to counselling? You don't have to do it in hospital. You can do it, at school, home etc...? It varies on were your getting support from, how would you feel about visiting your Dr about the things that are going on?

Have you also considered checking out Mind's article on Self harm, http://www.mind.org.uk/help/diagnose...ions/self-harm, let me know what you think ^.^ - Glad you posted, take care.

When you lean back on an office chair and the mechanism that stops it from going back further pops out and you drop back another six inches unexpectedly thinking the apocalypse has come.

GCSE results
Okay... so considering I had nearly 8 weeks off school, and for the final half term last year (and still now) I only go in for 2 hours a day... I wasn't excpeting to pass any of my June exams.
Yes, I failed maths (one mark off a C ) Buuuutttt I just found out I got an A in sociology (which is 50% of the final grade!) and a B in my English Lit. exam which I didn't even know about, and hadn't read one of the books for!!!

TheSite chat
A lot of people come on chat to talk about rubbish because it takes their mind off things. Bonding with other people over what you watched on telly last night or what colour your hair is can do wonders for making people feel less isolated

Distancing myself from friends
Everyone needs alone time now and again, you don't have to think of it as 'pushing your friends away' but more, 'taking a time out to reflect'. With how busy a lot of our lives are these days, it can actually be difficult to just have some time where its just you and yourself alone, to have a conversation on how things are going and how you are feeling. And I think that's an important conversation to have from time to time.

So by all means, take some space don't feel bad about it - your friends should understand as it is a normal part of being human! Just don't isolate yourself from everyone, make sure your friends know you are still there, just taking a breather

Tired of fighting
I don't know what to say except say that things do change and even if your outlook feels bleak now... that doesn't mean there is nothing good to look forward to for the next 50 years. If you look back there have been dark times and light times in your life, and now is obviously a very dark time for you and I really feel for you but I do strongly believe you have brighter times ahead, too.

I wish there was some capacity I had to help you. You can PM me or if you prefer talking you can PM me for my skype any time.

I think you're just great. In the years I've known you I have nothing but the hugest respect and admiration for you and even at times been intimidated by your ability to always give the impression of a leader who cares for those around him and knows how to look out for them.

It is not the same, not even close at all, but I have had some MH issues and guided meditation I have found can help. Miss Riot introduced me to it and I was surprised at the results. You can find tracks on youtube. It is something to think about.

You are not alone, we are here for you and I am thinking of you.
