Anyone know where the whole concept of the weekend started?
Like who thought up the idea that we work for 5 days and then have two days off? it seems strange how universal this is.
However at university we used to have Wednesdays off and I'm thinking this would be pretty good if it was universal so we all have a break midweek.
So what would you prefer to keep the same 5 day working week or have either Mondays off to make a longer weekend or Wednesdays off to create a break midweek. (Note: This would mean everyone around the world followed the same course, so all your friends and family would have the extra day off too)
