Should Y fronts be banned??

I was just reading the post from LikeAStone and it got me thinking about how much I hate Y Fronts. They should be banned. So I thought I would have a little poll to see what you all think?
The reasons I have for banning them are: I find them ugly they have no sex appeal what so ever. They make me think of Mr Bean. I could never have sex with someone I'd seen wearing them. If they are too tight they effect the production sperm, because of the temperature or something?? (not sure about that reason I know I read something about it but can't remember exactly?)
