Chlorine + Recently Dyed Hair

I just dyed my hair dark brown semi-perm.
I'm going on holiday for a week, with a pool.. so what will happen to the dye in my hair???

    you'll probably find your dye fades super-quickly. not just because of the chlorine in the pool (which is AWFUL for hair), but because of the sun.

    if you're just sunbathing, wear a hat, or run conditioner through your hair to protect it. but wash it out before you go in the pool or your pool will go mank-tastic.

    I know it's recomended that blondes use tomato source (really!) but I'm not sure if that would work with brunettes?
