Great value gear!

[Deleted User][Deleted User] Posts: 0 Just got here
It's not often good value gear comes my way that's practical, gets used often and costs under £20. Recently I found two.

Bagsmart 3 layer holds all sorts of electronic gear, cables, sd cards etc plus medicines and zips into a neat clutter-free package. Made from tough double-stitched material it looks smart, is water resistant and comes TSA approved for travel.

The other was a neat tablet/phone holder.
No more food splatterings all over my phone. Comes with a capacitor pen and the whole device folds flat. I chose white as it looks smarter

“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

I saw that and fact the strappy thingy could be bought separate, but prices vary and the bigger ones aren't cheap. Still, that's a great product @Shaunie so thanks for sharing it.

This afternoon I found a pair of collapsible mugs. Made from food-grade silicone they cost just £5.99 and had a sipper lid to stop spillages. I bought one for Sophie and one for me, browny-black colour. Also a pair of spooned mugs. Their handles had a slot that took a neat little spoon. Cost? £6 so I bought us a pair. I might buy some more since I'm considering having a B&B business. With so many tourists here, I reckon that would be a win. :)

Got excited when I saw the word 'gear'.

I take it this isn't a word reserved for illegal drugs anymore?

Correct. But I believe Urban Dictionary still favours the word.

A really good looking, hand stitched leather attache case if properly cared for, could last a lifetime. For example, a Swaine Adeney or its somewhat cheaper Italian Pratesi Ghirlandaio Small Travel Desk Attache Case. Great quality is never cheap, but is always good value for the years of great service these would bring.
