    Nish yeah he said these tablets would stop me self-harming but they havent at all so I have stopped taking them and just saving them..I have told my psychiatrist

    I'm really sorry for what you are going through!!
    How are you feeling? What did your psychiatrist said when you told him about the tablets? Has he given you anything else? Are you having psychotherapy, too, with your psychiatrist?
