Online friend of 5yrs acting different & making uncomfortable/maybe sexual comments

Hi,

So my online friend I've known since I was 14 (met on a facebook game), who I have on facebook is all of a sudden acting different.....

Usually we talk about general "friendly" things eg. school (in past), uni, pets, hobbies and just random stuff. At times we don't chat for a while, the longest we have went without chatting is probably between 6 months- 1 year but continued to keep contact until now (we are both 19 now).

Recently he started chatting with me again, after a while. Just the usual general stuff BUT he's been acting strange (like I tried to ignore it, but I keep thinking it seems a bit ummm sexual/flirty). I'm so disappointed, after these years of being a genuine friend and now I feel very uncomfortable and creeped out, I'm not interested in relationships and we have only ever been on friend terms!

At first he said "do you workout?" (the way he said it was a bit weird, but i dismissed it at first)
Then he said at a later date "I've been stalking you lol"- at first I thought that's a bit strange but dismissed it, as just jokey/chatty.
Then he started sending pictures of me I have on my facebook profile , saying I look "hot". I felt a bit uncomfortable and questions started to arise in my mind, but thought maybe he's just been friendly/joking so I played a long again saying "umm...thanks lol".

BUT then he said something like "So what do you do in your spare time ......do you watch any "obscene" stuff?". I wasn't 100% on the defintion of "obsence" but it means sexual stuff/pornography.

NOW IM REALLY CREEPED OUT........ I can't believe he asked that :/ , Does anyone else think this is a bit weird or is it just me?

I feel disappointed that he asked me, I thought he was different :( and we are only friends, and it was all casual chat- like I would with any of my guy or girl friends.

do you feel able to tell him you are not comfortable to speak with him about stuff like that but do enjoy just talking with him normally.
he might like you and be testing the waters to see if things could go that way. make it clear what you do and don't want asap and the friendship doesn't have to be ruined
