Worried and angry about being recognised as an adult

Former MemberFormer Member NoobPosts: 131 The Mix Convert
Hi I am very worried about being recognised as an adult at age 18 and I sometimes feel angry about it in certain situations like when I still need lots of help and support and other issues how do I stop feeling worried and angry about being recognised as an adult and to be lucky and happy that I'm still a teenager for another two years?

    HI Shola,

Thanks for posting this thread. Sounds like it's difficult for you at the moment worrying and feeling angry about being seen as an adult as your 18. It's really positive to see you posting about it here and looking for some support with how you're feeling about it. You were saying you get angry in certain situations where you still need lots of help and support and other issues. Could you give an example of a situation where that's happened to you? People can go through the same issues at different ages and some of the things that adults look for help and support for can be the same as teenagers and at The Mix we're here to support anyone who's 25 or under. What kind of things do you like about being a teenager? :chin:
