Hey guys next week i've got to go for a sleep deprived EEG. They want me to be 24 hours sleep deprived (no sleep) prior to my appointment. During the day I will be at work but what do I do in the dead of night while everyone else is sleeping? I still need to be quiet due to everyone else being asleep and I cant exactly walk the dog at 2am lol. So far ive got
