anyone else struggling with depression?

I feel like im in a dark tunnel which is just never ending and i cant see the light at the end of it, i have reached the point where i am so desperate for someone to understand me and to ask me if im okay,also someone who would be happy to take me to the doctors.
I walk past people in the street and i think they are all talking about me,judging me in every way they can,i know they most probably arent but the little voice in my head tells me that they are.
Its getting worse, i have only just got out of bed, its 2:30 in the afternoon, just dont see the point in getting up anymore and i feel if i sleep and stay in bed longer than i can keep these depressed thoughts away for a much time as possible. Im sick and tired of feeling like this :crying:
