Does it really hurt? I'm having my legs waxed at 7:00 tonight and am Shitting myself! Is it really that painful??

Not really the first time you wax your legs will be more painful than the other times you wax because the roots of the hairs are bigger,its really not that bad and if your going to a shop to have it done it will be all over very quick.

is true.

leg waxing = a moderate amount of pain for about a second at a time.

tattoo = lots of pain for fucking ages. mine took an hour and it's not huge.

I'm one of the biggest wimps when it comes to pain, (God knows why I'm having electrolysis done as well :eek: ) but I can tolerate leg waxing, as long as the waxer knows what they are doing and are not trying to cut corners. The first time I had my legs waxed, she placed her hand immediately on the area which was being waxed which took away any pain. And after you've had it done a few times, it doesn't feel so bad, and the hairs grow back finer, so even when I have Yeti days they don't show as much as they would if I shaved.
