This programme makes me cringe so much.

Hideously ugly 45 year old wrinkly women talking about shagging and what gets them going is really not good TV.

    Mate, The programme isn't on so you can watch and have a cheap wank over some porn stars saying "Ohh, I love Anal, especially when there are 4 dicks in there at once". It's supposed to be what it says, helpful sex tips for girls, and it is, it has helped me out before after watching it with the missus.

    Anyway, there are a mixture of attractive girls and unattractive girls, if you don't like it, turn on Channel 5 for some cheesy softcore porn.
