BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP) -- Facing a threat by the United States to force NATO's headquarters out of Brussels, the Belgian government has agreed to change a war crimes law used to target world leaders, including U.S. President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

The amendments would reduce the law's global ambitions, limiting the reach of Belgian courts to cases with a direct link to the country, for example when victims or suspects are Belgian citizens or residents.

The UK should take note: this is the people you're thinking about getting involved with further on the EURO.

Y? They've consistently proved to not be your friends. What does it take to see Belguim for what it is: a nothing country, twisting behind "international law" to grab power. As long as the "international law" suits them...as was the case in Belguim Congo.
