    I get irritable and snappy and start fantasising about leaving, and then when nookie finally happens, its like a weight has been lifted and im in a good mood again. Weird really.

    I think I get slightly more stressed and uptight than usual, but I don't notice it that much.

    I'm always in a better mood once I've finally got some though :):):)

    Irritable, definitely irritable without sex for a while. I notice I have a shorter temper when not getting any, especially if I have a girlfriend whose gone off it for some inexplicable reason. :(

    i just kind of get despondent and generally unhappy. Its weird, sometimes I don't even notice I haven't had it for a wee while I just notice that I'm not as happy as usual.

    Is it the Nookie you miss or the physical contact? i.e. would a hug and cuddle make you happy again.

    I saw this experiment on TV where they took baby mice and took one away from it's mother and found that without being touched it prodcued less growth hormone then the other mice - but if they stroked it with a little paint brush everyday then it's hormone levels went back to normal.

    They were trying to show how important physical touch is to all animals including humans and how we need each other for mutal benefit.
