You see, in a nuclear war it is very unlikey that there would be any of this post apocalyptic ruins, or shambling survivors at all. Maybe things would be chaotic, but just because the capital has disapered doesn't mean the country will stop what it's doing and go and loot shops. There will still be police, there will still be electricity, soldiers, hospitals e.t.c.
Despite what everyone says, Osama nuking one city in the USA, or even 2 or 3 will not have a huge effect. The fact that the majority of the USA's population live in rural areas or away from major population centres means most of the infrastructure will survive.
Ok, the two main points I picked up on amongst your nuke-the-bastards bullshit.
The first one.... so you think that multi-culturaism is a burden. Menaing that only your culture is worth while and any other culture can fuck off and die?
And as for the second one... I thought I remembered everyone saying that this was a war against terrorism NOT Islam....
I remember growing up as a little kid during WW-2...and the attitudes of people then as compared to current events...we, US, have returned to those WW-2 attitudes and it is already a declared war...call it what you will...this is, IS, WW-III!

the key thing here is twofold: first, capture or killing of bin laden. second, humanitarian relief for afghanistan.
killing muslims, no matter who they are, isnt exactly the best way to prevent further terrorism. i dont think the taliban have the right to proclaim themselves as a government, but they havent done anything wrong per se. they're just awkward. so bombing them is gonna make them moreso.
i dont know what the answer is, but with every day that passes my concerns over this war grow. the ends are just, but the current means do not seem to be sufficiently justified. i'm not saying we shouldnt avenge those who died on sept 11th, but bombing taliban troops just because they are there is not the best way to do it.
but at the mo, its the only way, and seeing as selective (!) bombing is more humanitarian than nuking or carpet bombing, i'm stickin with that until someone has a better idea.

Balddog, we're building several FAL's and HK main battle rifles in different configurations...both are awsome...neat thing is you can convert an HK91 receiver to an HK21 belt feed...FAL is just a good tought rifle, a mans weapon...something to hunt long pig with! And the hunting is good!
Anyway, enjoy the pics...our family collects these things so we pretty much have just about anything you will see.
