    you could try aloe vera lotion, which is quite soothing. try not to touch it too much:)

    Treatment for prickly heat:
    The condition usually clears up when sweating is avoided. Other treatment may include:

    keeping the skin cool and dry
    corticosteroid lotions

    Try some anti-histamines and some anti Inflammatory tablets. Should be able to find out the best brands from the chemist. Might give you some cortizone cream as well. That's the three things i had when i went on holiday and had it all over my top half.

    might or might not work but a little vinegar in a bath may help to ease the itching. i did this yeras ago when i was covered in midgie bites! it eased the itching but it did turn th ebites into big red blotches.
    also try calomine lotion!
