You decide after a sesh to put your stash somewhere discreet as you are expecting visitors.

You then wake up in the morning bleary-eyed, slap your head and think where the hell did I hide it?

    that has happened me soooo many times.

    Let's see. if your stash is a load of hash then perhaps you put it in a matchbox in the top of a drawer or something. Thats where mine always turned up anyway...

    what did you lose?

    oh man ...the times i have done this! i still do it with little bits.
    when i was a speed freak was the worst. i have been out and buried large bags of stuff. never to be seen again. i have lost thousands of quids over the years that way. now i just loose the odd little bag of weed. like rainbow says though ...one day your pottering around and wow!

    I was quite the opposite when I was tweeking, I knew exactly where my stash was and made sure that I didnt loose a mg.
