Actually, i don't ever recall slandering anyone BUT the French, which I wouldn't do if there were French people on these boards. it's one thing making a private joke at someone's expense, especially if they'll never read it anyway, but to do it purposely so the other party will read it is slightly different, which is what these guys are doing.
So yes there are no french people on the boards, but if you really dislike them that much, then you should be able tell them if they ever appeared.
Secondly, the posts were (I think) started as a bit of fun, so imagine how they are cracking up seeing you getting so defensive. Your best way of defending your stand would have been to answering back in the same tone.
I never said I dislike the French to the degree you think I do. You think I hate them, and every other person from Europe. I don't. There's a difference between making private jokes with friends in a pub, and posting hateful material on here.
I challenge any person here to truthfully say they have never made a joke about someone from another country, be they Irish, French, American or Welsh e.t.c. and I will call that person a liar.
