I'm interested in finding out more information about the male contriception pill, I think its a fantastic idea and would quite happily sign myself up for UK trials or for when it becomes publically available....

it'd solve many problems....just how many blokes would you trust to take it????? im not talking bf's etc... but moe on the lines of one night stands eh???

With one night stands you should be using condoms anyway as they are the only contraception against AIDS and such like.

I presume that the tests will involve sperm donation/testing after comsumption to check for "active" sperms. You wont just be allowed to go round having sex and seeing if they get pregnant! So my question is, why do you want to be involved Justin? Wont it just be masterbating into a test tube and possibly risking sterilisation if it all goes horribvly wrong?

Im not having a go - just friendly questioning!

To the other part of the question...!

Its a great idea if your are in a relationship and the woman has "incompatibilities" with the pill (e.g. it makes her mooooody or she gains weight).

But I really dont think that many women will trust men on one night stands. What have they got to lose by lieing. A conscience if they have one, i suppose, and the risk of an STD, But if the woman lies about being on the pill she stands the risk of not only risking an STD and an angry unsuspecting father but also getting pregnant.
