How many people can scream a la Corey Taylor/Deftones etc.?
I can do it and it took like a month to learn, I just don't see why people find it so hard to do. And it DOESN'T reck your voice.

Listen to that band one of them is in now - the one who sings Bother (or is it Brother?) How can you go for shouty wank like Slipknot to ballad wank like that?!
The singer in the band my boyfriend is in has taken to emulating the singer from a band called Finch, who seems to like all that shouting malarky and next time he does it I'm going to go on stage and kick him in the nuts! There is no need for it! I prefer a song with a nice melody and some harmonies.
