Whats a good calorie burning target and distance in metres guide for 15 minutes of rowing on full resistance?

I dont use the calories guide.
I find if you keep yourself to certain level which you have to push it on say 75rpm or something keeping it constant and on the same resistance. Then you'll get a rogh guide of what distance your doing each time. Then in the last few minutes push it so you surpass your distance or close to it each time.
you'll get to know by just constantly doing it!
