Al Qaeda's assination focus.

After assinating the leader of the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan, I guess Al Qaeda saw it as a good way to go. We know a section of their terrorist training focused on assinations.
So many leaders are on the list. But now the focus is to assinate any westerners and western diplomats. I can see how this could ruin the economies of countries where this happens. Many countries rely on tourist dollars.

Throughout the 20th century alone we have been just as complicit in such abhorrent practices but since the papers dont report it (surprise surprise) it must have never happened eh? lol.
