The United States tracked this Iraqi from Northern Iraq to Norway. He was with the group that poisoned a man with racin last summer. They stuck him without his knowing it, followed him and watched him die. This guy who was part of this group and has connections to the London terrorists picked up. He was allowed to enter Norway. The US is asking Norway to restrict his movements due to his connection to the London group that was just picked up.
