when I try and slide the foreskin back on my penis there is like some skin attached to my penis tothe foreskin or something, what do I do?

i read a really disgusting and detailed story once on the internet about a guy that had something similar, "skin bridges" i think he called them, and decided to operate on himself. mad people aside... if you cant pull your foreskin back completely (try doing it gradually, increasing in how far you try to pull it back, each day), and its painful and causes a problem for you either when you have an erection or during sexual contact, then i'd advise you to see your doctor. in extreme cases, they might advise a circumcision (loads of blokes have circumcisions for medical reasons, dont worry about it).

im 16 dunno if age matters? I pulled it back all the way once but it got abit tight. When its pulling over the head it hurts but when its fully over its just tight...
