I've got a mate that's worried because he's started to think he's going insane. Sometimes he thinks and acts differently and dreams during the daytime then can't remember where he was. I think this could be early symptons of schizophrenia.
What I want to know is who should he see about it? A normal doctor? I know someone else that suffers from this but he has pills to take and things are fine. Hopefully thanks to my advice he'll have caught this early enough to have it treated before anything bad happens. Any advice would be a help, cheers

He's been kinda depressed for years, thats just who he is so I dont think that would have anything to do with it
I guess he should go to a normal one, who would then probably refer him to a special one or something?
Either they have one episode that is treated with pills and they have no recurring symptoms. Or they have occasional episodes of it, or if they have a very bad case they can suffer from it for the rest of their life. If it is then I hope it's the first one:)
