Arghhh someone help me please

I have been trying to put my new Avatar on for ageees but its to big so, ive tryed resizing it in Paint then when i get the right size it says that the gif, jpg code isn't valid :rolleyes:

so could someone please try and do it for me, thankyou :)

    argh how comes it still doesn't work :confused: i saved it in my documents but it says gif, jpg not valid still :eek:

    I think it has nothing to do with the file, sugar..

    Are you sure you put in the right one?

    um well they weren't saved in windows files but in picture file i'm not sure what its actually called though :confused:
